Hyperlinks Not Working

Awhile ago I published a website to the web using myhosting.com. I thought
that everything was wonderful, but have since received many complaints that
the links are inaccessible. When looking through the index files on
myhosting.com, the .pdf files that I hyperlinked to are not listed. I don't
know how to manually connect the link to the document and make sure that they
are all uploaded to the server. The website is lakeworthcdc.com.

Please help! Thanks.

Create a directory/folder on your host to contain your pdf files, such as
"downloads", and upload your pdf files to that folder. Then write you links
to those files. Then assuming you put that folder at the same level as the
index.htm file and the index_files folder, your links would look like this:
http://www.lakeworthcdc.com/downloads/myfile.pdf

You currently have written your links to where the pdf files are on your
local computer. Pub 2000 would make copies and automatically upload them
along with other web files, but that won't work with Pub 2002, 2003 and
2007.

Reference: Including external files in a Publisher web:

Personally I would not put the pdf files in the index_files folder as that
folder will be overwritten when you update, and then you would have to
upload the pdf files again.
