Hyperlinks on CD

I used Publisher to create an index for a 'toolbox' of information and
documents to go on to CD to be distributed to clients. As my CD drive is
all the hyperlinks are to this drive. How do I get the links to recognise
that the CD is inserted into other dirve names? ie :E?
