hyperlinks on save as web pages

I'm using Visio 2003 Pro. When I publish my web page, the
hyperlinks in my .html document get an error when
selected. These hyperlinks when inserted have the relative
path box ticked. Is this fixed or is there a workaraound
other than specifying the actual file location?
