Hyperlinks Stop Working in OneNote

I have a note with hyperlinks. Whenever I publish the note (or email it) in
mht format, the links stop working (the whole note just appears as one big
image). Anyone know how I can remedy this?

What version of OneNote are you using? It works fine for me in OneNote 2007.

I am using OneNote 2007-- the trial version. I tried saving to PDF format,
and that works fine. But mht still no good.
