hyperlinks & themes

I have a theme that I'm using for my web. the Hyperlink, Hyperlink
(followed) and Hyperlink (active) all have the same color assigned to them in
the theme (blue). Each page in the web does not use rollover affects on all
of the pages. However, when I rollover a new link on a published page, the
hyperlink turns orange. Once I select it, the hyperlink reverts back to blue
and remains blue for all subsequent rollovers. I want the hyperlink to
always be blue.

What am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance for your help!

You'd need to edit the CSS file and change the "hover", "active", "normal
link" and "visited" link colours as you see fit.

thanks for the help, however there are 36 CSS files in the web folders, which
one do I want to change?
