I am hyperlinking to bookmarks in separate Word document. Sometimes the
hyperlink is underscored and blue, which is what I want to see, and other
times the text remains unformatted despite the hyperlink being present. I
have tried saving and closing the document but this intermittent problem
remains. Is there a tick box I have missed or some other reason that I don't
know about? It is now driving me nuts!
