Hyperlinks to Bookmarks In Word 2007

I am hyperlinking to bookmarks in a separate Word 2007 document. Sometimes
the hyperlinks appear formatted blue and underscored and sometimes they
remain unformatted. I want all the hyperlinks to be blue and underscored.
Is there a tick box I am missing or some other reason why I have this
intermittent problem. I have tried saving and closing the document and this
works for a while then the problem reappears.

Blue and Underscored is a Font setting. You can change the font to that
yourself if the text isn't "automatically" recognized as a hyperlink.
This could be the case where you applied formatting from adjacent area
or other causes.
