Hyperlinks to documents

Hi,

In Word 2003, I am able to add/create a new menu in the toolbar especially
in a template. In this menu I also put hyperlinks to documents I would like
users to open from this particular template.

Is the above possible in Word 2007? It would be ace! I've trolled through
the website and I can find anything useful - yet.
