Hyperlinks to other OneNote sections?

I'm creating a centralized to-do list for my various projects on one page,
and would like to be able to display links to other sections (projects) in
the list, so I can easily go there for more detail. Is this possible?

Not yet. This is one of the most requested features for the next version.

I'd suggest finding the thread on Wiki functionality and voting for it as
this would get you exactly what you want.
