Hyperlinks to PDF

I need to be able to convert my Visio drawing and access the hyperlinks from
the PFD file that is created. I have web hyperlinks attached to almost all of
my process boxes, but they disappear when I convert to Adobe. Am I missing a
setting or is there a way to do this?
Thanks!!

Are you using Visio 2007? There is a free Save As PDF/XPS download that
will add the ability to save from Office 2007 applications, including
Visio, to the PDF format. I just tested it, and hyperlinks are working
correctly for me.

Here is the link to download the add-in for 2007:
https://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=4D951911-3E7E-4AE6
-B059-A2E79ED87041&displaylang=en

Unfortunately, this is not possible natively with Visio 2003, so if you
have an older version, you will want to check out tools like Adobe's
PDFMaker or Distiller, or other PDF creation tools.
