Hyperlinks warnings

Hello,

I created a hyperlink from a cell in Excel to a Fixed cost of Project. When
I click the Hyperlink symbol, the system display a warning: "Hyperlinks can
damage your computer. To protect your computer, open only hyperlinks from
reliable sources".
How can I get rid of this message?

This is all part of the wonderful (NOT) new Office 2003 protect you from
yourself security policy!! If I create a hyperlink I would like to assume
I'm not creating a hyperlink to a spam site!!

Rather than a hyperlink, for a link to a single cell why not do a copy/Paste
Special, link?
