hyperlinks will not open in outlook ? help

when i try to open a hyperlink from outlook it sends me back to my home
yahoo page.i have checked my norton security its not blocking it, and i was
told i need to buy a registry cleaner to fix the situation. what can i try now

I think you meant to post this in one of the Outlook newsgroups - this group
is for OneNote. When you post over there please be sure to tell them what
version of Outlook you're using and what your operating system and browser
are.
