Hyperlinks Won't Work "Entry Point Not Found"

I'm trying to make a slide show with a few hyperlinks, but web hyperlinks
will not work. Other links to pictures and videos work, but hyperlinks to web
sites don't work.

I get the following error when I try to open a hyperlink to a website:

POWERPNT.EXE Entry Point Not Found

"The procedure entry point GetProcessImageFileNameW could not be located in
the dynamic link library PSAPI.DLL."

I'm running a PC with Windows XP SP2, Internet Explorer 7, Office Pro 2003,
and Office Pro 2007.

My internet connection is working.

I already tried doing a google search, but couldn't find any results that
matched the problem I'm having.

How do I fix this?

Thanks for the help. I followed the search and used someones solution for a
simmilar problem, and it worked. It seems that other people would get the
same error message while windows was starting up. The suggested solution was
to search your hard drive for "PSAPI.dll" and rename it so that windows
wouldn't be able to find it.

After that I opened powerpoint and tried a hyperlink, and it worked.
