Hyperlinks won't work in Outlook Express

Hyperlinks in e-mail messages received in Outlook express will not start
Internet Explorer. All I get is a "dink dink" sound, no error messages.
Have latest IE and all updates. Have verified that the path to iexplore.ese
is correct at URL: hyperText Transfer Protocal. Have verified that it is not
a firewall or viruscan issue either. Please advise. You can e-mail me at

Hyperlinks in e-mail messages received in Outlook express will not

1) Ask in an Outlook Express newsgroup
2) In IE, click Tools>Internet Explorer>Programs>Reset Web Settings
