Hyperlinks

How can I hyperlink from a Word document back to a
specific slide? I'm hyperlinking to the Word document in
the middle of my presentation and when I hyperlink from
the Word document back to the PP presentation, it takes me
back to the first slide.

Hyperlink to the presentation file and add a "#" and the slide number. For
example, D:\Data\mypres.ppt#12

And if this is show situation where you are in the show and open a Word
document for the audience and then want to get back to the show, you don't
need a hyperlink. Just use ALT+TAB to get back to the show or close Word.
