Hyperlinks

I am using XP and Microsoft Word 2003. I just went to Insert > Hyperlink and
in the Dialog Box that came up I clicked on Browsed Pages and was surprised
to see so many web pages I had recently visited. Since these are areas to
which I have no intention of ever assigning a hyperlink, I tried to delete
them using Delete and Backspace but nothing works. How do I get rid of
these? TIA. Stan

Apparently no one had an answer for me so I kept looking for a solution
myself and I did find it. All that needs to be done is go to Internet
Options and Delete the History. I had done this several times before but
with the Hyperlink dialog box active and apparently I had to close the file
and then upon reopening the box was cleared. In case anyone else has this
problem here's the solution. Stan

Thanks, Stan.

I know of separate software packages that will eliminate all such history
lists but I figured you were wanting something that works inside of Word. I
didn't think of your solution. Good show, Dude.
