Hyperlinks

In the Edit Hyperlinks/Exiting File or Web Page/Browsed Pages is there any
way to remove the reference to previously visited sites and are these stored
locally on the computer or within the database file itself?

In other words, are these locations visible to all users of the database?

Any guidance will be appreciated.
