Hyphenation - Spelling

MS Publisher is giving me an error as follows:

Publisher cannot load the speller or dictionary.

To install the Spell Checker and Hyphenation
dictionary, run Publisher Setup again and choose
Custom Installation. For information on running Setup,
press F1 now.

I have run the custom installation with the proofing
options set, I have even uninstalled and re-installed the
software but the message keeps coming up.

Any help will be apreciated.
