i acn't get any picture on my media when i download films

hi when i download a film on bearshare i go to play it and all i get is the
sound from the film i don't get any picture can you please help me

This is not related to MS Office, but is a problem with your computer
and the video drivers installed. Suggest picking one of the groups that
have the operating system that you are using and also the video player
and whether you have installed current drivers from the manufacturer for
your video card.
