I activated but I didn't register. How?

OneNote came bundled with my new Toshiba laptop. I activated my copy using
the serial number I got from Toshiba but I didn't have the time to register
my name. Now, I can't find a way to register my copy since the "Activate..."
menu says "This product is already activated". So how do I register?
