How do get my webpage, frontpage 2002 has a form with a checkbox which is "I
agree" in text next to the checkbox and a submit button.

The functionality is if the visitor clicks a check mark in the checkbox, and
hit the submit button. The submit button would send the visitor to webpage
"Reg.asp"
else
The functionality is if the visitor does not click a check mark in the
checkbox, and hit the submit button. The submit button would send the visitor
to webpage "Error.asp".

The database will record all check marks.
