I already asked the question; where do I see the response. How do.

I already asked the question; where do I see the response. How do I see what
possible answers came back?

Microsoft is not very user friendly. I resent also being forced to register
my program. I already paid; don't force your will on me.

You see your response in the same area you posted it. However you might want to access the newsgroup
directly from Outlook Express instead of the web interface:

news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.frontpage.client

Almost every application ask you to register, and in many cases, registration is optional. Now
activation is a different story, but other companies, besides MS has also started to implement
Activation as well, so if you want to use the application, then you have to activate it.

'refresh' the screen in browser-based newsreaders, or restart your reader
such as Outlook Express.

You don't *have* to register software, but with Microsoft there is a
requirement to activate it (only really applicable on newer releases of Ms
office applications etc).

If you want the NG to be friendly, use a news reader such as
Outlook Express.

Registration is not required. I recommend it though as then
MS can contact you when updates come out

Activation is required on new MS products. It is a direct
result of so many people bootlegging the product.
