i already entered the microsoft trial key but it won't work

hmm my ? is it says to convert then i click it after it says enter product
key or buy key online i have a product key and i entered it all capitals and
it won't work then i tried to put them on small letters it still won't work i
don't knoe y it syasy u entered a valid product key can u help me....
