I also...cannot locate recurrence information

I see that others are also having this dreaded problem. I am running Win XP
Pro SP1, Outlook 2003. I get the "cannot locate recurrence information"
message about 10 seconds after opening outlook. This problem just started
about two weeks ago - and I have not made any changes to my system in this
time. What is it causing this error?
I do use a palm with Pumatech Intellisync - and have for several years. I
have not tried any fix yet.
One questions - if I do run the cleanreminders and/or cleanfreebusy
commands, will I lose ALL my reminders? (I have too much info to re-enter it
all).
Any other things that anyone has heard that might be the cause or solution???

Any help would be fantastic.
