I have this problem. I have a "private" name, and a "radio" name. In
outlook express, all I had to do was pick the email address, and it
automatically printed the correct name on the header, along with the email
address. To my horror, Outlook 2003 does NOT do this!!!

How do I set up outlook to change the header name on my emails to synch
with the email address I am using? That is without having to create ANOTHER
username and login at the beginning of windows.
