I am able to copy, but the copy will not paste to my document. W.

I can see the copy and paste icons in my task bar. I am able to copy with no
problem. When I click on paste, the icon goes gray and the copied text is
not displayed in my document. HELP!!

I'm not sure what you mean by Copy and Paste icons in the Taskbar: I've
never seen anything like that in the Taskbar. But if you cannot paste into
Word, it is usually because you have installed Word as part of the Works
Suite and you need to open the Control panel and Uninstall the Works Add-in
option.

If this isn't part of Works, please reply with some more details: versions
of Word/Office and OS and are they patched up to date? What Anti Virus as
you using? Do you have a Bluetooth device installed?
