I am being changed into the organizer of every meeting on my calendar-Help

Help!

I am inexplicably being changed into the organizer of all meetings on
my calendar.

So when someone updates or changes their meeting, I can't accept
change.

I think it may have something to do with my Palm treo 650 syncing, but
how do I stop it, and can I change meetings back anyway?
