I am getting an error 1311 source file not found

Error 1311 installing outlook 2007

I can't install outlook 2007. I get an error 1311 source file not found
E\SKU112.CAB. How can I fix the error and install 2007?

Did you uninstall any previous version of Office before installing Office
2007?
