I am getting an Undeliverable message with all out going mail

I am gettng an undeliverable message with all out going mail. Incomming is
working fine. The pop settings are correct. Thanks in advance. It was
working and I have no idea what I changed????

POP settings don't make any difference to outgoing messages. The SMTP
settings do. What is the exact text of the non-delivery report? Post it
here, but don't include any real mail addresses. Do, however, include your
Outlook version.

I am also having this same issue, it started when we were changed to a
commercial router
now I can not send email through outlook - I receive a message that states -
550 5.1.1 relaying
not allowed - I have outlook 2003 (I believe)

This message usually arises when you do not properly authenticate to the
outgoing server.
