I am having a lot of problems with Outlook 2003 being slow

What is your configuration? Are you on an Exchange Server, or use IMAP,
POP/SMTP? Do you have multiple, very large PST files? If any, what
format are they (97-2002 or 2003)? What size are they? Are they very
fragmented?
