I am having a problem connecting to microsoft online online-Any s.

Please if someone can help me figure out how to get my office programs to
work online let me know. It keeps telling me that microsoft cannot connect to
the internet and that I am working offline. I am wondering, do I need to
download the microsoft office CD again? I wonder if it could be an error in
the download? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
