I AM HAVING A "SPOOLER" PROBLEM AND CAN NOT PRINT

i KEEP GETTING A MESSAGE STATING THAT i AM HAVING A "SPOOLER" PROBLEM AND
THAT IT IS SENDING THE INFORMATION TO MICROSOFT. HOW CAN I FIX THIS PROBLEM?

Your caps lock key is obviously stuck.

Spooler problems are usually a printer trouble. Try another printer and see
what happens.
