David Ehlert (dehlert)
We are using Outlook 2003 with Exchange 2003.
I have a number of sub-folders that are consisitently used all day.
I am trying to search for a phone number, using the advanced find feature,
that is located within the body of e-mails that could be located in multiple
sub-folders.
I have tried the full 7-digit number (i.e. 555-1212) and nothing is found.
I have tried the suffix (i.e. 1212) and nothing is found.
I have tried the prefix (i.e. 555) and I finally get results.
The problem is that the phone number I am searching for is one in a group of
approximately 200 within the specified prefix.
Any thoughts to help me in finding the messages I need.
Thanks in advance.
