I am having problems with B2TR

I am having problems B2TR. My son installed/uninstalled some programs which
somehow has affected th ewhole of the system. Office B2TR doesnt work
anymore, the splash screen appears then the windows installer attempts
something with no avail.
I attempted to re-install Office 2003 but somehow get an error message about
an invalid mapi32.dll.

I need some help to get my outlokk working, I am currently able to get my
email off from my isp mail server directly.
I am at a loss in what to do to correct this issue.

Can someone please help me?

With Outlook closed, rename msmapi32.dll to .old - do NOT touch mapi32.dll. Restart Outlook and it should repair itself.
