I am having trouble opening the trial version of Office & Visio

I downloaded both 2007 Office and 2007 Visio as a trial. I currently use
either XP student and home or professional (can't remember). Anyway, every
time I try to open the file, it starts, asks me if I want to run or save, and
then gets stuck in a loop. Any ideas?

If you have trouble installing the Trial versions, you might want to start
from a fresh boot of Windows, and ensure none of your currently installed
Office apps are running (even in the background).

Also, you can test the Office and Visio 2007 software online with a
high-speed connection.
