I am just wondering if I need a special license to fix issues with Outlook

Basically I have a job that requires me to fix issues with
MS Outlook Express. I usually help customers with
Outlook, simply cause the settings are so similar. I was
recently told that I could not do this because
of "Microsoft Licensing Agreements"... Is there any truth
in this?

Let me guess, you work for an ISP... it sounds like something they would
say. :)

The only thing licensing cares about is if people who use it have a legal
copy. As long as you aren't giving people a copy of your outlook and they
have their own legal copy, there is nothing wrong with helping customers
with it - you don't need a license to help.
