I am looking for a meeting minutes template that allows action items to be
recorded and then when received by email by a meeting participant can easily
be added to their task list (with due date, priority, etc). Ideally (at least
IMO) this would be a plugin for the calendar / appointment so the meeting
agenda / minutes / actions could be kept with the calendar item by the
meeting organizer and also sent out to the meeting participants without any
cut and paste or having to re-add email addresses. Seems very simple and
obvious to me but after looking all over the web I can't seem to find
anything even remotely close.
