Why don't you get started and then post some specific questions?

Are you going to enter start and stop time? Will you have a schedule that
employees follow? Is overtime calculated as >8 hours in a day, or > 40
hours in a week? Will the end users be clocking in and out? Are you
simply going to add a record each week for each employee and enter only the
amount of overtime?

We would need some details on your needs and some specific questions.

This may not be the place for this and if I'm out of
line, someone please say so. But I develop databases for
the construction industry and have a module that does
just wht your looking for. If you'd like to contact me
regarding your needs, email me at (e-mail address removed)

Thanks.
