I am looking for Mac 10.4.8 Office Software

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger) I saw on the system requirements for the Mac Office that you need 10.4.9 or later. Mine is running on 10.4.8. Where do I find the Office software that it compatible with my mac? I need Microsoft Office on my macbook for college and I cant find a compatible one anywhere.

I think you're mistaking the order of things What needs to be done is to
update your installation of OS X, not 'downgrade' Office. Use this link to
Apple Downloads & retrieve the OS X 10.4.11 (Tiger) Combo Update.[Yes,
you're that far behind. Updates to OS X are requirements, not options, and
they're FREE, so there's no reason to not apply them.]

Once your OS is updated you can install either Office 2004 or Office 2008,
either of which can be found on the web.

click on Apple menu.
then click on software update.

Let you machine update every file. in list . Make sure to be on at least a DSL connection or cable modem or a FOIS system. if your using a Dialup line it might be next mondy before the updates get finished

Or go to apple's website and download the OSX Combo updater for you machine (PowerPC or Intel).
