I am mail merging data from Access to Word, and the line spacing .

I am mail merging data from Access to Word, adresses for letters, and there
is an additionl space between the lines - I cannot seem to "fix" it.

What form does the "additional space" take? Space between lines in Word
is normally produced by empty paragraphs, superfluous hard line breaks,
or paragraph spacing. In Word, go to Tools|Options|View and, under
"Formatting Marks", check "All". This will show you what's going on.
