I am missing my tool bar in word 2000

I am missing my tool bar in word 2000. I have tried right clicking
everywhere and I can not get a pull down menu to bring the tool bar back up.
I also delete the program and reinstalled it. The same problem keeps coming
up. Help!!

Which toolbar are you missing? Did you try View - Toolbar? What about
Tools - Customize?
