least, read a few post in the newsgroup to make sure you are in the right
place. If you had done that, you would have noticed that all the posts here
deal with creating tables in Microsoft Access (thus the newsgroup name
Access.tabeldesign).
Your question does not relate to MS Access, nor does it involve creating
tables.
Try an Outlook newsgroup related to calendaring or appointments.
