I am not able to see public folders in my navigation pane. Why?

If you have a question, please ask it in the body of your post and give your Outlook version.

In Outlook 2003 and later, public folders appear in the Folder List navigation pane.

I know this is going to sound dumb, but sometimes that part of the hierarchy is hard to see because it doesn't expand automatically. I'd look again, a bit harder this time.

Is your profile using Cached Exchange mode? If so, do you see them if you create a new profile without Cached Exchange mode?
