i am not able to start outlook

When i click on the shortcut i see a message :Unable to open outlook window.
The set of folders could not be opened.The server is not avilable

Sounds like you've got Outlook configured for Excahnge while you do not use
Exchange. Make sure you've got your mail accounts configured properly in
Control Paenl-> Mail

I have a similar problem. I have Outlook 2002. I tried uninstalling and
reinstalling the program. However, this still did not work. Please let me
know if you find a solution. Thanks.

Reinstalling Outlook doesn't help with configuration issues. See my reply.
