I am not receiving all of my email

I've just recently installed outlook 2003 on windows xp. My problem is that
not all of my email is being received. Sometimes I will receive them just
fine. Other times I do not receive them at all or they get dumped into the
junk email folder even though I have marked them as not junk. I have been
able to go to my ISP and retrieve emails as long as I have not tried to
receive them with outlook 2003. Has anyone else had this problem?
