I am receiving email intermittently

I only receive email when I click on an old message then I bunch come all at
once.
I am using outlook 2000 on windows XP. My mailbox was recently migrated from
exchange 5.5 to exchange 2000. I am not using offline synchronization. I have
already tried creating a new profile and deleting the old one. And usinng
scanost.exe. Any suggestions?

Do you have a firewall enabled? It sounds like a udp problem -
