I am trying to export my Gantt chart to Project, but...

I am trying to export my Gantt chart to Project, but only part of the data is
being exported.

The time line look, good but number of tasks is a bit funky. the number of
tasks is ok (51), but only one task description is exported.

Is there a trick to exporting or am I limited to how big a file I can export.

I am exporting from Visio 2003 to Project 2003.
