I am unable to download pictures sent to me.

When I right click on the image, I do not have an option to "Download Image".
I have disabled the Automatic Picture Download settings, and I still cannot
view the images. All I have is a red "x" in the corner of each image. I
have tried to view in "Internet Zone", I have tried to download the images -
still no luck. If anyone has any feedback, I would greatly appreciate it!
