I am unable to load my web.

I have fp2000. I was not able to publish the web pages. So I uninstalled and
then re-installed fp2000. But during the installation, I received this
message: Unable to access configeration for Microsoft Personal Web Server.
I have not ever encountered that before? Can someone help me with this please?

Re-install, selection the custom option and do not install the FP extensions, etc.
