I am unable to update to XP Office Pro SP1

Microsoft tells me that I need to update my software, but it fails to install.

You should first search this group to see if other people have had and
resolved the same problem. If not, post back with more details, such as how
it fails, at what point, what operating system you have, and if there is any
error message.
